Handwriting Sample term 3

Here is my handwriting sample from Term 3.     

I am good at writing neatly.                               
I need to work on doing my 2's the right way around.

Hot air balloon art

For art we created hot air balloons. We used pastel for the background.  We used dye and black PVA glue for the balloon. We weaved the basket. My favourite part was the doing the PVA glue.

Maths strategy

Here is a maths strategy I am good at. I mill show you how to fill in the missing number

Skittles Experiment

We have been learning how to use different sentence starters and write juicy sentences. This is my Skittles writing. 

Collabortive bird wings

We made collaborative bird wings.

1. We drew patterns on the wings with chalk.

2. We put white crayon on the chalk lines.

3. We dyed it with complimentary colours.

Science

For the Science Fair we had to choose a topic relating to Up Up and Away to investigate. My group chose to look at bat.

Kites

This week we made kites and flew them. After we flew them we wrote poems about kites.
